FABRIC & CARE

The piece is made from 100% mulberry silk twist woven in Vietnam. Like all natural fibers, silk can last for many years if it’s cared for properly. The best cleaning solution would be dry-cleaning. But if you can’t afford that, the alternate solution will be laundered by hand in cold water.

1. A few drops of gentle liquid detergent can be added and worked into a sudsy mix.

2. Place your silk pieces inside, rub and squeeze gently for three to five minutes, and then rinse completely.

3. Do not soak your silk garment too long in water.

4. Do not use bleach.

5. In the first few cleanings you will see some dye in the water but it is normal with hand-dyed silk. That is why do not mix pieces with different colors in a single batch.

NOTE: Strictly dry-cleaning only with all the products with decorated details like : embroidery, hand-drawing, pieces with multiple fabrics,… Once clean, rinse detergent and gently squeeze out some of the remaining water.

1. Avoid twisting or wringing silk, as this can cause substantial damage.

2. Avoid using the dryer!

3. Lay pieces on a clean, absorbent towel and roll up to remove moisture.

4. Unroll, place in a fresh, dry towel, and repeat.

5. Once the water has been removed, you can place your silk pieces flat on a drying rack or over a towel to air-dry.

6. Avoid direct sunlight.

IRONING

1. Smooth out your silk by ironing it inside out on the lowest temperature setting while the garment is still a bit damp.

2. Place a piece of pressing cloth or a towel between the iron and the silk until you’ve found the right temperature to avoid burning your fabric.

STORAGE

1. For everyday storage, hang silk items in your closet on textured or velvet-coated hangers. This will prevent items from slipping off and crumpling to the floor. Use a wide bar for gently hanging silk pants.

2. For seasonal storage, when packing items away for the season, know that moths will snack on natural fibers if left uncovered. Clean clothes before storing and place them in breathable canvas garment bags.

Ice Blue Silk Twisted Top – A Sculptural Silhouette with Effortless Elegance

If you're looking for a piece that feels both architectural and effortless, this ice blue silk twisted top offers a silhouette unlike anything in a standard wardrobe. Crafted from 100% mulberry silk with a subtle iridescent sheen, the top combines a clean upper body with a signature twisted wrap at the waist - a single design element that transforms an otherwise simple top into something quietly exceptional.

The boat neckline sits wide and low across the collarbone, creating a horizontal line that naturally broadens the shoulders and frames the neckline with understated elegance. Soft gathering at the front adds a relaxed, draped quality to the upper body, keeping the silhouette from feeling stiff or overly structured. At the back, a keyhole opening with a covered button closure adds a refined finishing detail.

The defining feature of this top is the twisted wrap construction at the waist. The fabric folds, crosses, and cinches naturally around the midsection, creating a sculpted effect that highlights the waist without relying on a separate belt or fastening. Long sash ties extend from the wrap and fasten at the back - worn loosely knotted or into a bow depending on how much definition you want. It is a design that rewards movement, shifting and resettling with the body throughout the day.

The cropped length makes it naturally versatile for pairing. Worn with high-waisted trousers, wide-leg silk pants, or a tailored midi skirt, the proportions feel balanced and intentional. The ice blue works effortlessly with black, white, ivory, or denim for a cleaner look, and pairs well with gold accessories to draw out the warmth in the silk's natural sheen.

The silk fabric itself plays a central role in how this top functions. Lightweight and breathable, it moves with the body rather than against it. The twisted wrap drapes naturally rather than holding a rigid shape, giving the top a fluid, organic quality that heavier fabrics could not achieve. The iridescent sheen means the color shifts subtly depending on the light, adding depth without additional embellishment.

This ice blue silk twisted top is designed for moments when you want structure and ease in the same piece. Whether dressed up for an evening out or paired back for a more relaxed occasion, it brings together craftsmanship, color, and considered detail in a way that feels both modern and timeless.
