The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or has a sizing problem, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

All items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@gammecollective.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the items within 14 days of receiving the package. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that if the product is not returned in its original packaging, a refund will not be issued.

Conditions for refund eligibility:

  • Product wasn’t used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Customer provides return shipping label and fee

Please note: 

  • If you have already chosen to exchange your item, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • All customs duties and import fees for returned parcels are the responsibility of the sender.
    The company is not authorized to pay customs fees for incoming returns.

After we receive your product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
