Pre-orders

1. **Definition**: Pre-order items are custom-made products that are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. These items are not ready for immediate shipment.
2. **Production Time**: The production time for pre-order items is 22 working days. This period starts from the day you place your order.
3. **Shipping**: Once the production is complete, your pre-order item will be shipped. The total time from placing your order to shipment is 22 working days.
4. **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. This secures your item in our production schedule.
5. **Cancellation**: Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as production will have commenced.
6. **Changes to Order**: Any changes to the pre-order must be requested within 48 hours. After this period, no modifications can be made to the order details.
7. **Delays**: While we strive to adhere to the 22 working day production period, there may be unforeseen delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipping date.
8. **Returns and Exchanges**: Pre-order items are custom-made and therefore are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
9. **Communication**: We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order through email notifications. You will receive an order confirmation, a production start notice, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
